===== From marlo.steed@uleth.ca: Nice idea. As per usual your robots animate and render nicely. The gripper hand needed to expand and then close around the container. ===== From pdolan@jps.net: LOL! Marvelous Marvelous! I always look forward to the rusty animations. I especially like the piranha/tomatoe movement - jerky but fluid, the opening sequence could do with a little more detail in the environment, and I don't understand why there are great gashes in Rusty's side, but otherwise it's nearly perfect. ===== From lou_bruce@yahoo.com: Rendering was flawless. The models are aging well. The detail was great. Story was cute. ===== From Alain.Culos@bigfoot.com: The only shade to the otherwise high quality and comprehensive animation is the tomato-piranha realisation. It just does not match the quality of the rest of the animation. I like the interpretation : robots using other robots to generate a new form of life. I'd say the best contender this round. The precision of robot's moves is astonishing. A bit too mechanical for robots that tend to imitate humans, but well, I'll admit that they are robots and thus entitled to some mechanical appearance. ===== From neilryan@mtco.com: Nice models. I especially liked the way the tomato moved. ===== From file: Set that little tomato on the reamining Grebs! ===== From file: I think rusty is getting a bit old, don't you? ===== From file: Very nice piece. Often (but not always) the camera slowly zooms or trucks in. It's not too distracting usually. But I'm at a bit of a loss to understand why you did that.
