The matter of separate renderings is a bit under question. I'm not sure it is
a valid way to apply to this particular competition. For instance, I could
render part of the scene, blur it and put it as a backdrop to the next
renderings
and so on, in order to simulate the focal blurring effect of a real camera. But
that is not very fare, is it ?

Try a different font for the text on your picture. I cant read a word of it.

=====
Pretty. Very pretty and realistic. A little dull, though.

Uhg, And I was thinking of entering my pic.... <G> Not much to say here...
But I want the Bump_Maps he used.... :)
=====
Wow. Really nice image. I've been trying to figure out whether Imagine
(which I haven't seen before) is that good a piece of software, or whether
it's all the talent of the artist. Luckily for him I'm assuming the latter
for voting purposes. :-)

=====
I like the idea a lot. But the image doesn't have a very 3-D look, probably
due to the layered rendering, unfortunately.

=====
nicely done, lighting and background..,

=====
Very good, especially the background.

=====
Very nice, I love the lighting.

=====
Nice use of compositing to build a true ray-traced image. that's a good
solution, though I think substuting appropriatly colored light sources
for your complex objects for each run would make the lighting more accurate,
although you really can't tell here. Overall too dark, can't see many of the
details.

=====
I find your method of re-rendering acceptable and very inventive...

=====
Very nice image. I like it quite a bit better than your other two. The
signature was a bit distracting.
