You could have not put yourself down for the 3 same poses.  In many forms of
dance, the idea is to have the dancers be in the same pose.
(And in the case of the NYC Rockettes, the same shape ;)

Only three things that I can suggest to "improve" it:

1) Work on the textures some more. Especially the hair and skin textures to 
take away from the "plasticy" look.
2) The lighting is a bit too bright and stark. Everything looks a little over
exposed.
3) As you mentioned in your text file about teh figurines, I would also mention

for the plants. Add a degree of irregularity/randomness to them, so they don't 
all appear to be copies of each other.
Still, all in al, a wonderful image. Great work. :{)

Excellent image !  The only thing that could be improved is the wall in the
background.  The cement between the bricks does not look very realistic.
Apart from that, the image is very good.

Great idea for the future.  Maybe do a patent search, just in case.  My
suggestion
for improvement is to try using real bricks with a "while loop" and a randomly
rotated
texture.  Good design and layout.
