Mr. Day, that's a nice night.

Where are the stars?? Why did you cut the buildings off at the middle?

From agage@mines.edu:
Nice comet/meteor effect.

Your last name isn't appropiate for the topic! :)

From Martin.Magnusson.7121@student.uu.se:
Good one! The trees look strange, but the rest of the scene is very good.

From ethelm@bigfoot.com:
Simple and effective. Nicely done.

From gmccarter@hotmail.com:
Very realistic scene. The lighting on the buildings is especially
good. One thing bothers me: the blurry stars on an otherwise
clear evening.

From uwe.post@gmx.de:
brilliant idea.

From djconnel@flash.net:
I like this image -- the comet is a good subject
and is nicely rendered. The trees can use some
work (they are too spherical), and I would move
the camera down to show a little more of the foreground.
The houses are nicely done (nice smoke!).

Nice comet. Decent buildings. The streetlight needs to be turned. At that
angle it foreshortens too much. The sky needs to be much clearer. If you can
see a typical comet, you should be able to see many bright stars. Trees are
interesting but don't really work well. This comment by clem@dhol.com.
