In all its simplicity this image is very beautiful. The water drops are 
sparkling and the abstract out of focus background gives space to one's
imagination. 
The foreground leaves could have been more in focus. Now they are a bit too 
distracting. Excellent choice of colors.

Geometric perfection is not found in a spiders web, if you study one really
closely you will see it is quite uneven actually. The dew drops, -if only they
were more random and not quite so heavy. I really like this image.

Beautiful!  Looks like a photograph!  I love the water on the web--makes
it feel like an early morning in spring...  This one is definitely
worthy of winning!

One suggestion--some variation in the distance between threads would
look great.

Excellently done!  The use of focus on the foreground foliage
is very well done. The rendition of the influence of gravity on the
dew is also very nice.

The only suggestion: the web is too perfect -- the spacing appears
ideally uniform.  No spider is so good :) !

Still, it's a stunning work, and a worthy winner.

Graphical and poetic.  The way water lies on the cobweb is great.  Maybe
the
web is too regular, increasing randomness near the outside would make it
better.

Because of the nature & composition of this scene I really don't think
rendering this scene with radiosity turned on would have made a difference
one way or the other.  Otherwise a very nice scene!  It wiould have been
nice to have a spider somewhere on the web, in my opinion.  The water is
really cool!

Focal blur is a bit too extreme, making it difficult to tell just what the green
area in the lower right may be. Your text file seems ti indicate that it may be
plant life. Excellent shadowing underneath the web. You should have added a
couple of imperfections into the web pattern. Every web I've ever seen has had
at least one break in the pattern, making each one almost as unique as a
fingerprint.
