Nice fish.  A suggestion: I think that you either need more of them (the
fish), or else more detail on the sea floor (ie, plants, rocks,
fissures, bubbles, or something).

fish more -- the human eye is really effective at
picking up duplication.

Also, try bending the fish to show them swimming,

See the fish shadows on the sea floor?  With the bright sun casting shadows like
this, I would expect to see more bright and dark areas from the caustics. 
Interesting coral.  Good tropical fish patterns.
