Nice fish! The landscape doesn't fit well with the rest of the image--it
doesn't look like grass or dirt or anything; you might work on getting a better
texture on it. The rounded rocks upstream a bit are a good touch, as are the
ripples around the fish. The wine bottle seems to be floating awfully high,
though.

The fish looks good, but the stream entering the lake looks a little awkward.  
Perhaps a wider mouth would have smoothed the transition.  Nice job
making a person without using Poser.

I can't help it, but to me this looks like a toy model. Partly this is because
there is nothing in the background, and the idea of a creek flowing down from,
well, nowhere, is absurd to the mind even without thinking of it. Especially
flowing down an absolutely bare rock.
Secondly it's due to the "plastic" look the 3DS-renderings tend to have,
although 3DS is deemed a "professional" tool it still lacks rendering quality,
this has not changed much even with the latest raytracing plug-ins.

There's something about the implied distance in the ripples on the water =
that makes the fish look as big as the man, and the bush leaves looks hug=
e behind him.  Nice stream, dirty up the rocks in it.  Good human figure =
well posed.

Good effort.  Interesting details all over.  Bright and cheerful.
Really good bumps on the water surface.
The entire scene looks like a small model sitting on your desktop.
The water reflections show too much aliasing.
