Oh, it's a shoe. I thought it was the underside of a table until I read the
text file.
Unnatural sharp edges on the powerpoint. Decent textures, except for the
(wood?) drawers.
Uneven floor boards are well done. Good approach to split the scene into object
files.

I liked the uneven floorboards. Work on your lighting.

Nice shoe.

From djconnel@flash.net:
Very funny!

The modeling is generally nicely done. There is good
attention
to detail, like the use of uneven floor boards. The plug
could
use a bit more attention -- the cord is too rigid-looking,
the
prongs are too straight.... but the rest of the scene is
nicely
handled, and the boot is an excellent touch.

Nice image but I would have liked to see more of the roach.

From ethelm@bigfoot.com:
Fits the topic once you work out what the dark shape is.
On the whole a good image. Just a hint though:-
Proportion! Before you start work out what unit you are
using. Make 1 (one unit in your POV file) equal one
centimetre or one foot or one meter or ten meters or
whatever. Then keep all objects in your scene in scale.
Get the dramatic effect with camera angle. This comment
because your cockroach is a Giant!!

From 101741.541@compuserve.com:
the un-nailed plank is a nice attention, but the floor
looks glass-polished.
beware also about the wood scale and orientation on
the drawers.
the shoe and lace are an excellent idea (seen Antz ?),
but a little
light source UNDER the foot would have give more
evidence of it
(simulated radiosity...)

I like the warped board.

From clem@dhol.com:
The nails and warped boards are very good details. I
also like the basket. The shoe should perhaps be a bit
more obvious and ominous.

Why are electric plugs so popular in this round? The floorboards are a nice
touch, but the textures on the floor and the cabinet could really use some
work. The basket looked to me more like one of those bathroom "carpets" made of
plastic bits joined by hinges so that they can be rolled up.
