Even though I'm not a pro Bryce, Ray-Dream and the likes, I have to admit this
one strikes as not being straightforward and requires acknowledgement that
quite some work was put into it.
I like the concept as well.
Lighting is probably the thing that pulls this image down a bit.

Very clever, well composed image. The city looks great - I would work more on
the kitchen details first. Lighting should be more from above, like a ceiling
light, perhaps with an area light to one side to simulate a window.
