The asteroid field is pretty good, but that space ship
kind of looks like a paper airplane. And what the heck
are the two guys in the left front doing?

From tony@j4tb.com:
Nice storm troopers except the closest one looks like he has 4 arms. The
asteroid belt looks nice as well. A little bit of a streach on the topic but
the image has a humorous aspect which I like.

Great storm-troopers. Also, good asteroid field.

From warp@iki.fi:
The idea is good, but perhaps a little bit far from the core topic in my
opinion. The main theme of the image is not wilderness but what has happened
to those poor guys.

Loved it. Huge Star Wars fan that was sweet...

Nice parody of "The Raft of the Medusa"!

From chris_hormann@gmx.de:
Very impressive use of isosurfaces for the stones, interesting interpretation

A group of well-placed objects, but the texturing could use some more
attention.

From StephenF@whoever.com:
The asteroids look very good, as do the atmospheric
effects. The figures seem too simplistic in comparison to
the elements around them, though. I also get the feeling
that the topic of wilderness came second to the idea of
doing a typical space scene.

Excellent posing, lighting, asteroid, and drama.
But "wilderness"? Not.

From peter@table76.demon.co.uk:
Good use of the stormtrooper costumes (Gericault had more people in his
picture,
but he didn't have to worry about computer memory!).

From albiaprime@aol.com:
Artistic - The asteroid field looks great.
Technical - There seems to be some problem with the position of the body parts
of the 2 stormtroopers in the foreground. They seem to have been
the victims of some horrible transporter accident.
Concept - Can't picture a wilderness here. Perhaps with no people and some
alien
plants on the main asteroid it might have been better.
