Nice modeling on the skis. I also like the interesting title. The landscape however needs a lot of work. The mountains appear as though they are close up hills. It is hard to tell what the brown surface is to the left, a rock face perhaps? Also is the bottom a plain, or patch of ice in the center of the mountains?
The bottle is nicely done and textured. The snow on the table has a nice cloth feel.

P.S. shouldn’t there be something at the end of the ski-lift?

This image hit me as a strong idea, which didn't reach completion.

As you say, nice work on the skies, but the rest is underdeveloped.

I think the skis are great. Not so sure about the landscape.

Like the wine bottle. You right about the textures. The
hills could have been better made. I don't think I'd use
bezier path to make them. Height Field or even a
triangle mesh can do a better job.

Try focusing more on your strengths. If you spent a lot of time on the ski bindings, then make that your subject. As it is, you have surrounded your masterpieces with some pretty poor stuff.
