The sand dunes look fairly nice in the background, but 
the sides look too straight near the camera.  Maybe a 
blue filter applied to the heightfield would help.  The 
transition from the flat sand in the front of the sand also 
looks jagged.  This could be fixed by making the edge of 
the heightfield "flat."  (A gradient z pattern in a 
texture_map or pigment_map would do the trick if the 
heightfield is generated in POV.
